Terms & Conditions

Service Area

Mobile service across Tulsa and Broken Arrow city limits (~30–45 minutes maximum travel from base). Service outside this area may be available with additional travel fees — contact us to discuss.

Service Hours

Hours of operation are listed on the Contact page. Same-day service is subject to availability. Bookings can be made online 24/7 through the Book Now system.

Booking & Deposits

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking through our Square Appointments system. Your deposit is credited toward your final service total. Phone consultations (15 minutes) are free and do not require a deposit.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Tap-to-pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Cash App

  • Cash

Sales tax (~8.5%) applies to parts only — labor is not taxed in the state of Oklahoma.

Service Pricing

All listed service prices include travel and on-site service within our service area. Parts, licenses, and software are billed separately unless otherwise noted. Pricing is subject to change; the current pricing displayed at the time of booking applies to that service.

Liability

Turley Mobile Tech Repair, LLC is not liable for pre-existing hardware issues, software conflicts, or data loss not caused by our service. We strongly recommend customers back up their data before any service involving storage devices or operating systems. Data backup services are available — see our Services page for pricing.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund of $50 deposit.

  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: Deposit is forfeited.

  • No-shows: Deposit is forfeited. Future bookings may require prepayment in full.

Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Free reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: One free reschedule allowed; additional reschedules within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

Service Provider Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule (e.g., illness, emergency, vehicle issue), your deposit is fully refunded or transferred to your new appointment at your choice.

Disputes Over Service Calls

The booking deposit is non-refundable if we arrive on-site and the job is canceled by the customer, the issue is misrepresented, or the customer refuses service after we've arrived.

Warranty & Returns

Labor Warranty

All labor performed by Turley Mobile Tech Repair is warrantied for 30 days from the date of service. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we will return at no additional charge to address it.

Parts Warranty

Parts carry their manufacturer warranty, which is typically 90 days for components such as phone screens, batteries, and storage drives. Some parts may carry longer warranties as specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage occurring after service

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by other parties after our service

  • Software issues caused by user actions after service (e.g., installing malware, system changes)

  • Hardware failures unrelated to the original repair

Failed Repairs

If a repair attempt cannot resolve your issue, you pay only the $50 booking deposit. No additional labor charges apply for unsuccessful repairs.

Service Refunds

Service labor is non-refundable once completed. If you're unhappy with the work, contact us within 7 days and we'll return at no additional charge under the 30-day labor warranty.

Parts Returns

  • Unused parts: Returnable within 14 days in original, unopened condition. A 15% restocking fee applies.

  • Installed or used parts: Not returnable except under manufacturer warranty.

  • Special-order parts: Non-returnable, as these are ordered specifically for your repair.

Disputes

If you have concerns with a service or charge, please contact us directly first. We are committed to making things right. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in being declined for future services.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services:

  • Name and contact information (phone, email, address) provided during booking

  • Service appointment details

  • Device information (make, model, issue description) shared by the customer

  • Payment information processed securely through Square — we do not see or store full card numbers

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments

  • Communicating about your service (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)

  • Processing payments via Square

  • Responding to questions and inquiries

  • Internal business records and tax compliance

Information We Do Not Do

We do not:

  • Sell or share your information with third parties for marketing

  • Add you to mailing lists without your consent

  • Store payment card numbers

  • Access devices or accounts beyond what is necessary to perform the requested service

Data Security

Customer information is stored securely in Square's encrypted systems and on password-protected devices. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Cookies and Website Tracking

Our website (built on Squarespace) uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to book services.

Customer Rights

You may request:

  • A copy of the information we have about you

  • Correction of any inaccurate information

  • Deletion of your information (subject to tax record-keeping requirements)

Services We Don't Currently Offer

To set clear expectations, here are services we do not currently provide:

  • TV repair

  • Game console internal repair

  • Apple Mac logic board repair

  • Physically damaged hard drive data recovery

  • Security camera installation

  • Enterprise server / business infrastructure work

We're happy to recommend a local shop for any of these — just ask.
